An efficient incentives system should be defined based on the institution’s mission and objectives and should achieve a right balance between the non financial and financial incentives.
Incentives Systems for loan officers, middle management and even high management are of crucial importance. Generally this topic is closely related to the realistic forecast of commercial goals so that the fulfillment of the individual targets really equals the fulfillment of the institutional targets.
