LUV Microfinance considers strategy is present in all projects, processes and areas of the organization. If there is no coordination and strategic vision during a consulting project, any change in an area, department or activity could have unforeseen impacts on other areas (systemic approach). That is why it is critical to review and eventually update the strategic plan by each consulting project.
